1- Perform Inspections using your Mobile/Tablet

Home Inspection Checklist App allows you to conduct complete inspections and surveys using only your mobile/tablet android device. With an extremely user friendly interface, inspections and surveys are litteraly conducted with just a few simple touches of the screen.

2- Export & Send your Inspection Data

After you fill out your electronic checklist, you will to save the checklist into a file.

An EXCEL File format will be generated from the save. This file will be in a CSV Format.

The file contains all your inspection data such as photos, conditions, comments.

This is not your Final Report and can not be printed at this point.

You can be send this file to an e-mail or save it on your mobile/tablet device sdcard.

3- Import your Inspection Data

Download the CSV file into your computer from the e-mail or by plugging in the device on a computer.

Use Inspect Report Builder Software to import the saved file, by selecting the file.
-After selecting the file you will see all your Photos, comments and the entire checklist ready for review in the software.

4- Review & Edit your Report before Printing.

Now you have the entire checklist information from the Mobile App on the screen of your computer.

-Review and Preview your report checking for any missing or forgotten information and add new information if necessary.
-Edit your photos, draw on the pictures, replace or add new photos.
-Spell Check all your comments etc...

5- Produce and Deliver Beautiful Reports

Personalize your inspection reports by adding your logo and contact information on the cover.

Print, Save and Forward Reports in PDF, MS WORD, or HTML
